Get Carroll's Autograph

The foundation is the only place where you can get the autograph of a true American Icon, Carroll Shelby. Carroll Shelby's signature program is our largest fund-raising campaign and helped the foundation raise over $450,000 last year to support a cause that is close to his heart.

At the age of 86 Carroll takes time out of his hectic schedule to sit down and sign each item. Unfortunately Carroll is not able to make personal appointments for autographs, thus each item you want autographed needs to be sent to the Carroll Shelby Foundation.

Each autograph comes with a Certificate of Authenticity, a letter from the Foundation and requires a donation to the Carroll Shelby Foundation.

How to get Carroll's Autograph:

1. Label each item you wanted signed with your name.
2. Download the Donation Form and fill out completely.
3. Include your donation -we accept Cash, Credit Card, and Checks. Include any special instructions for each item in the same package.
4. Include return information. DO NOT include a return address to a PO BOX, we can not insure appropriate delivery.
5. Package your items carefully.
6. Send package to CSCF via US Mail, UPS, FED EX etc.

Donation Pricing:

• $250 per autograph for car part
• $150 per autograph for merchandise such as die-casts, photos, posters, etc
• USA: $15 for shipping and handling.  Additional charges will apply for special requests
• Oversees: International shipping rates apply, you will be contacted before shipping
• Please allow 4-6 weeks for items to be returned.

While we will do everything in our power to minimize damage, the Carroll Shelby Foundation cannot be held responsible for any damage to items sent to us for signatures.

Due to federal regulations, the foundation will not accept entire Air Bags for an autograph. The face plate of the airbag unit must be removed and sent by itself. Any complete airbag sent to the CSF office will be automatically returned to the owner.
